Jugofilm is a film and video production company based in Belgrade focused on producing art house, crossover, documentary films, and advertising projects. We release these projects to travel the world and to communicate with different audiences.
We are also offering service production, post production, shooting facilities, talents, professional technicians, and diverse locations covering all Balkan region.
Strongly connected with countries and co-producers from around the
globe, JUGOFILM gathers ideas, stories, authors and shapes them into
moving pictures and sounds.
About the Founder:
Aleksandra Lazarovski, founder of the company, is director and producer. She worked on short, feature and documentary films and numerous service productions and co-productions around the world.
She worked for the company Loco Films, based in Paris, where she gained experience in film sales and distribution. In 2018, she was accepted to the prestigious European program Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, attending La Femis film school in Paris, Filmakademie film school in Ludwigsburg.
Awarded in the Kustendorf film festival for her film “More Than Living”, she dedicates her time, energy and heart to projects she finds valuable.
Sirocco or Jugo is a Mediterranean wind that comes from the Sahara
and can reach hurricane speeds in North Africa and Southern
Europe, especially during the summer season.
